After WSB agent Vaughan (Bryce Durfee) was dragged away by Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) henchmen on General Hospital, did he actually wind up at Walt Disney World in Orlando? Possibly! Ah, we jest.

The Hallmark Channel along with soap alum, Lacey Chabert (ex-Bianca All My Children 1992-1993), just announced that she will be in the leading role in a new Christmas movie for 2026 filming on location at Disney and Durfee is part of the cast.

In a video announcement on December 7, Chabert shared she will join Travis Van Winkle (FUBAR) in the production of 2026’s Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, a Hallmark Chanel holiday movie set at Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This marks the first time that Hallmark is revealing a new holiday movie for its Countdown to Christmas a year ahead of schedule.

In the story, Lindsey (Chabert) and her extended family take a family trip to Walt Disney World for Christmas. Once at the resort, however, Lindsey discovers her room is next to that of Philip (Van Winkle), a man with whom she recently had a disastrous first date. Philip is on a family trip to Disney, too, and he and Lindsey’s paths cross throughout their stay.  Hallmark’s logline teases, “Thanks to some Walt Disney World magic, the holiday wish Lindsey made in Cinderella Fountain just might turn their rivalry into romance.”

Bryce Durfee is part of the supporting cast. As of press time, we do not know the role he will play, but we will keep you posted. Durfee appears in the holiday movie along with Richard Lind, Christy Carlson Romano, Taegen Burns, Asher Alexander while Patrick Renna is set to make a cameo.

In a statement, Sally Conner, Disney’s VP of global content shared “Storytelling is at the heart of both Disney and Hallmark, and that magic shines even brighter during the holidays. We’re thrilled that Walt Disney World will serve as the immersive setting for a Hallmark holiday movie highlighting the cheerful festivities of the season. Across our theme parks, resorts, and beyond, countless unique stories unfold and new memories are made every day with our guests. This film is a wonderful way to share that joy and pixie dust with fans everywhere.”

Currently on General Hospital, Brennan is not too pleased with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) who secretly met up with Agent Vaughan as the two have been hitting the sheets, but how can their relationship move forward in the world of spies, double-crosses, secrets and alliances?
